Maybe it’s just me, but I have seen the (Cain) clip numerous times now, and yet, I still don’t understand why the cigarette smoking was included at all. I just don’t understand what purpose it serves..

Also, the part at the very end where Cain cracks a weird smirk makes it seem like we’re supposed to elect him to head up the Legion of Doom. The whole thing is just… Strange.
