No Air

by Sheril Kirshenbaum

air.jpgI’m back from the AAAS Forum on Science and Technology Policy, which brought together an incredible group of speakers and moderators. I remain humbled and honored to have been involved and will have details on this spectacular event next week.

In the mean time, I must figure out what to do without my Air, which sadly didn’t make it back from the District.

That’s terrible! Did you lose a lot of work?

With all the reviewing of the MacBook Air you’ve provided, maybe they’ll replace your machine? I hope so!

If it’s any consolation, I heard you were terrific at the Forum :)

What the previous commenter said. Surely there must be a story there to make us awkwardly dab at our eyes…

I know what a terribly sinking feeling it must be to come home without your trusted new MAC. Maybe it will still turn up with the help of some HONEST citizen. Hang in there!
Looking forward to the details of your forum.

Sheril did a fantastic job at the AAAS. I was in the audience and really enjoyed her talk, so much that I am now at this blog checking things out! Want to read up on the invertebrate war to learn more about squids and sea cucumbers. Definitely fascinated by squids. As for sea cucumbers, well, they’re really delicious braised with oyster sauce and served over a bed of mustard green (Chinese dish). Aloha.
