This song brings back happy memories of my own children listening
to Marlo Thomas’ Free To Be You And Me. It’s a great album with many
worthwhile messages and values for everyone.
Michael Jackson looks so young, with so much promise ahead of him.
    I will miss his talent.

I found this to be a refreshing view:

As I like to tell my friends, funerals are for the living, not the dead. At least he’ll no longer be tormented by his demons. He’s left us with a lot of music though and I’m grateful for that. Each time I hear a song by Queen I’m reminded of Freddy Mercury and his raving antics as well as his own tragic story; whenever I hear Michael Jackson I’ll remember scenes from any number of his stage appearances (and probably his rather bizarre and tragic story). Future generations will probably only hear a voice and perhaps marvel at his talent, much as I do when I listen to recordings of Ella Fitzgerald.
