    Even if this bill passes it’s hardly a happy bipartisan consensus. Thus it hardly reflects a country that’s politically united in favor of progress. Don’t get me wrong; I am very happy this bill is passing, but it’s not exactly landmark legislation when so many in the country oppose it. Even if it passes it’s only going to unfortunately be divisive.
