Remember how Bob Dole in the 1996 presidential election kept bringing up "frivilous lawsuits" as something he'd champion against? Actually, I think G. W. Bush might have mentioned it in one of the debates against Gore, too. Somehow I don't thing this idiotic suit against Berkeley was exactly what they had in mind. That is truly great news.
