I’m another satisfied customer, Carl. Excellent talk. When you were wrapping up, I checked my watch. You’d been speaking for about an hour, but it had seemed like only 20 minutes.

Oh, and though I got you to sign my old copy of At Water’s Edge (an updated edition of which I’d buy in a heartbeat), I did get Parasite Rex. It’s my current commute reading. Fascinating stuff.

Yeah, a Calgary appearance would be great, but what I would really like would be an Okanagan College or UBC Okanagan appearance.

Short of that, I’ll wait until I move back east, and someday be near enough to hear a lecture!

I hope you’ll be coming up to Calgary some time in the near future…I’ve seen a video clip of you being interviewed, and read a lot of your articles, and it seems like you’d be a very engaging speaker.
