Bought. btw, loved Microcosm. Think that and Parasite Rex are my two favourites (not to exclude Tangled Bank though because it is another favourite but is in a different style than the previous two so I didn’t want to compare apples and oranges).
Just purchased it. I just recently read Microcosm and it was a fun read. For someone in the synthetic biology research I found it a nice overview of the history of how e. coli came to be the center of many research. I am excited to get started on Brain cuttings now!
I’m old fashioned when it comes to books so I don’t have a Kindle.
I’m really just dropping by to say that I recently read “Evolution: The Triumph of an Idea,” and I loved it. It’s by far the best evolution primer I’ve come across as of yet — and that’s coming from someone who has read (and loved) such works as Miller’s “Finding Darwin’s God” and Dawkins’ “The Greatest Show on Earth.”

So, when is _Soul Made Flesh_ coming to the Kindle?
Carl Zimmer is that rare writer whose talent is matched by his generosity.
