I think I've read it four times now, and dipped in and out a number of times (plus on my Kindle I've highlight certain passages so I browse the chosen passages--easier done in Kindle for PC though). It is just fascinating material. Carl, if you ever want to expand that book in the future (say to 300 pages) I'd buy it without hesitation. It is indeed a great book.
