One of my earliest exposures to the sociobiology / evolutionary biology wars of the 80's & 90's was an interview (perhaps in Skeptic or Reason magazine) with two scientists who studied animal behaviour and psychology. Perusing the magazine in a store, my decision to purchase was sealed upon fully digesting the scientists' names: Lionel Tiger and Robin Fox.
