Why isn't the AMA and other health organizaions screaming from the mountain tops "don't eat refined sugar". We put HFCS in almost everything our convient stores are jam packed with sugar products, and we wonder, "why are we so fat and so sick?" Well duh. Please excuse any mispellings. It seems to me that until we deal with sugar and sugar substitutes, we are going to continue to see disease proliferate in our society.
