		<description>They are currently also looking at alternatives to silicon, some say carbon might be a good one. They are also going to make chip layouts 3d instead of just 2d for additional speed gains (that are somewhat independent of the actual transistor size).
The 12 nm definitely got me to listen up too.</description>
