He's a tireless and passionate self-publicist who first started describing himself as the world's first cyborg when he had an RFID chip popped into his arm so he could swipe campus security doors without a card. Any panel that has invited him to talk on anything has clearly failed to do any research beyond googling 'robotics'. He's also never had anything spliced into his brain.
